Depression can be caused by having a lot of stress.
Stress mostly affects an idol mind.
Therefore keeping your body active regularly,
You engage your mind as well and leave no chance to depression.
Again exercise increases your body temprature, hence it helps to calm the central nervous system. Also keeping your body healthy and free from disorders such as cancer,Obesity, and diabetes keeps you from depression as well.
Regular exercise is one of the best way to overcome depression.
2) 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽
If you don’t rest well, you develop fatigue.
When you get plenty of sleep, at least 8 hrs a day, you spend that time without thinking about anything at all.
If you miss this, you could allow room for negative thoughts that can end up causing stress and depression.
Avoid watching TV or using phones as you go to sleep and mediate before bedtime to sleep well.
